Men at Westport

We're pretty informal around here. Occasionally we'll have organized stuff happening, but mostly as men we individually take responsibility to initiate ways to get together for significant conversations, significant work and significant fun.

Here's a few of the things we intentionally do:

Men's Quest
A weekly gathering through which we learn about how to become authentic, godly men. We listen to some stellar teaching for about 45 minutes, and then spend some time discussing the material with a few other men. Men's Quest does not meet year round, contact our Equipping Pastor Shane Fookes and learn about the next opportunity to participate. 

FMO
FMO offers help for men struggling with sexual purity.

Men's Retreat
The past few years toward the end of February or early March, we've taken a weekend to spend together as men. These weekends have provided life-changing moments and important spiritual mile-markers for many of our men. Keep an eye out for the next one and be sure to join in!

Friday Night Fires
Between May and September, we gather around a fire pit for fellowship. There's just something about men around a fire - just sittin', talkin' a bit, maybe pickin' at a guitar, and eatin' junk food. Find out more on The City.
